Nayora - Subscription Management

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Nayora, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Description of Service

Nayora provides a SaaS platform for subscription management, including:

• Subscription tracking and organization
• Renewal tracking and visibility
• AI-powered cost optimization insights
• Reporting and analytics
• Team collaboration features

User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Providing accurate and complete registration information

Subscription Plans

Pro Plan ($19/month)

• Up to 25 subscriptions
• 10 AI insights per month
• Monthly billing cycle
• Can be cancelled anytime

Infinity Plan ($199 one-time)

• Unlimited subscriptions
• Unlimited AI insights
• Lifetime access
• No recurring payments

Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• Pro Plan renews automatically each month
• Infinity Plan is a one-time payment with lifetime access
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

Usage Limits

To ensure fair usage, the following limits apply:

• Pro Plan: 25 subscriptions, 10 AI insights/month
• Infinity Plan: Unlimited usage
• We reserve the right to restrict excessive API usage

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer or copy our software
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service to compete with us
• Transmit malware or malicious code

Data and Privacy

Your use of Nayora is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We maintain strict data isolation between companies and implement enterprise-grade security measures.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Fail to pay applicable fees
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Use the service in a way that harms others

You may cancel your Pro Plan subscription anytime from your Settings page.

Limitation of Liability

Nayora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
